Radnor House School Group is an independent school with sites in Sevenoaks and Twickenham. The
Sevenoaks campus is extensive with both open space, notable buildings and wide-ranging facilities
for sport, teaching and creative activities.
In 2019 we were commissioned to carry out an extensive façade works of the existing main school
building. The works included preserving the architectural features and detailing of the façade.
Ensuring all times that the building remained secure and wind and watertight. The removal of each window section required replacement the same day to ensure security and safety. Working at a live operational school involves careful management of staff, pupils, parents and visitors and therefore health and safety is of paramount importance. Close liaison with the client, principal designer, designers and contractors is paramount to ensure all parties cooperate and coordinate the works to assist with the identification and reduction of risks throughout the project.
Fully restored beautiful facade
During the project, we delivered a safe and healthy working environment for all operatives, staff, pupils and visitors and zero reportable accident/incident rate.
Project completed on time and to budget ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing successful working relationship
